Kantor Guitars care about your fine instrument and wishes to insure it arrives safely to us as well as safely back to you! In the event that you will be sending us your guitar to apply our crystallizing process, Please follow the attached guide for instructions and suggestions as to how to safely ship your instrument.

We work carefully with each and every customer to address your specific needs and discover which treatment is right for you and upon selection and delivery we will carefully and professionally apply completely by hand the custom application to your instrument. Of course, we guarantee all of our work and feature a limited manufacturer’s warrantee’s on all work done by our craftsmen.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items that are In-Stock are generally shipped the same day they are received (Monday-Friday), if the order is received before noon Eastern Standard Time. For orders placed late in the afternoon or on the weekends, shipping will occur on the next business day. Therefore, an order placed Friday night will not ship until Monday. An order placed Wednesday morning will ship Wednesday afternoon.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
As many of our items are made to order, it is likely that an item may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you can inquire by phone or E mail as to how long it might take to complete and ship the item. You can still order, even if an item is out of stock, and it will ship as soon as it’s available. If you order an item that’s out of stock, and change your mind, you can cancel your order with no penalty.

How long it will take to receive your order depends on where you live, and what you ordered. A guitar shipped UPS Ground generally takes about 5 – 6 days to reach the East Coast. A small parts order will be received between 2 – 4 days via USPS Priority mail. However, once your package has left Carvin, we cannot control factors such as weather that may delay your receipt.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHIP A GUITAR WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE. The only times we have experienced problems with shipping is when someone uses the postal service.
